Will I get the same cleaner every time?
Yes. We match you with one cleaner for your recurring visits. If they’re ever out sick or on vacation, we’ll let you know who’s coming instead.
Are your cleaners background-checked?
Yes. Every cleaner passes a nationwide criminal background check and reference checks, and has at least one year of residential cleaning experience, before they clean any home.
Are you insured? What if something gets damaged?
Restday Home Cleaning is licensed, bonded and insured, and the cleaners assigned to your home carry their own insurance against accidental damage. If anything happens, tell us and we’ll make it right.
Is there a contract?
No. Recurring service is month to month. Skip, reschedule or cancel from your customer portal.
What if I need to skip or reschedule?
Make changes at least 24 hours before your appointment. Changes after your cleaner has already left for your home carry a $50 fee, which goes to the cleaner for their time and travel.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most customers aren’t. Leave entry instructions when you book, such as a door code, lockbox or key location.
When am I charged?
Only after your cleaning is complete. Nothing is charged when you book.
What’s not included?
Exterior windows, walls, unfinished basements or attics, biohazards or pest problems, and moving furniture over 35 lbs.
